Below we have a sample of employees’ titles and their roles.

The Regional Manager

  • Oversees the operations system
  • Selects and hires, as well as trains all the qualified area managers in their positions
  • Visits stores, so to assure quality work
  • Maintains communication with the corporate level
  • Performs the administration duties

The Area Manager

  • Visits each store at least twice per month
  • Selects and hires, as well as train qualified supervisors at each location
  • Maintains close communication with each store
  • Inspects each store, so to assure Quality control, by using proprietary software
  • Hires the Janitorial Workers, and also makes sure that they are all well trained
  • Schedules recoats jobs, as well as strip and wax

The Local Supervisor

  • Maintains communication with the store
  • Covers any shifts for the employees, as well as for the no shows
  • Trains and works closely with the employees
  • Supervises the extra services and also Strips
  • Orders the supplies for each store as needed

The Cleaning Technicians

  • Clean the store daily, according to the scope of work
  • Use the IVR system (Corrigo) to clock in and out
  • Report to the Supervisors and the Area Manager if something is needed

The Store Specialists

  • Strip and wax the floor, as needed
  • Recoats the floor, as needed
  • Performs the on-demand services
